Responsibilities:

• Accountable to drive the definition of Operational and Strategic topics KPIs, how to populate and how to build reporting system
• Define, build and maintain the Digital Maturity Level (DML) assessment dashboard and tool
• Generate reports in the timely and accurate manner and presenting progress
• Coordinate and consolidate the packages of different steps
• Define an appropriate measurement relevant for a country’s digital maturity level
• Collect business requirement from business owners in related topics
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop an assessment tool and dashboard. Drive consistency and common understanding amongst stakeholders
• Support the analysis of DML status in a country; identify areas of improvement
• Organize and communicate to stakeholders to complete the DML assessment timely, and generate the relevant reports


Requirements:

• Degree in Programming, Engineering or Business or Computer Science
• 5 years of experience in developing management and business reporting, ideally in related industries
• Experience in working for a fast paced, complex and matrix structured organization
• Excellent quantitative, analysis and synthesis skills
• Organized and autonomous
• Ability to communicate, influence and work in a team
• Excellent in oral and written English
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP system
• Experience to write/ build a database where data can be downloaded from different internal tools (e.g. bFO, MySE,....) and uploaded to this database = > for reporting / Dashboard
• Knowledgeable in B2B digital platforms, such as PRM, CRM, eCommerce is a plus
