Responsibility:

• Provide first level customer service to corporate clients via telephone and emails;
• Provide technical support , trouble-shooting and administration of software system;
• Provide remote system support to customers ;
• Manage issue logs with maintenance report;
• Conduct software testing for system/ program update;
• Maintain targeted service level and response time;
• Conduct admin/user training of Systems, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in computer or information system related subjects;
• Good inter-personal and communication skills, analytical & problem solving skills;
• 1 year working experience is an advantage;
• Knowledge in C#, .Net Framework and ASP. Net;
• Pro-active, with initiative, able to independently complete job assignments with minimum supervision;
• Good interpersonal skill, good analytical & problem solving skills, and capable of preparing technical documentations;
• Good Command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
