Requirements
- Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent
Service Operation Director - Professional Service (Very Good Package - 1M Per Annum, negotiable)
- Leading the most profitable team in the company
- Proven experience on the business of IT Professional Service
- Able to handling professional service team to provide good support and service to customers
- Able to take care the operation of Call Centre/Help Desk
- Good control for achieving the SLA for each large account
- Should have good connection with IT Vendors and SI
- Handling daily operation and PS business
- Good connection with Banks or large MNC will be greatest advantages
