Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Providing secretarial support to the General Manager
  • Provide comprehensive & full spectrum Secretarial assistance and Administrative duties.
  • Preparation of reports, presentation and other documents
  • Managing of calendar, diaries, schedule appointments and meetings with internal and external as well as overseas business units
  • Coordinate travel arrangements such as flight bookings Visa application, hotel accommodation, transport arrangements
  • Manage and handle confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintain an organized filing System.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, conference calls, booking of meeting rooms, prepare meeting agenda etc
  • Ad-Hoc duties as and when required 

Requirements

  • Diploma and above
  • Minimum 3 years of secretarial / administration experience in local firms preferred
  • Independent and good working attitude
  • Good English and Chinese Language skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
  • Fresh graduates may be considered
