• Diploma in apparel, textiles or related disciplines preferred
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in garment manufacturing industry in USA/EEC markets        
• Experience in product development, handling sample orders and follow up production orders         
• Self-motivated , detail minded , capable to work under pressure and work independently        
• Good command of spoken & written English and able to communiate in Mandarin
• Travel to Dongguan,China and Overseas is required
