Responsibilities:

• Responsible for searching new suppliers, purchase order, price negotiation, delivery and quality follow up with suppliers.
• Assist in supplier audits and meetings to ensure suppliers’ performances up to Company’s standard.
• Monitor and manage different departments’ purchase orders and wastage to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Work closely with line manager to meet purchasing needs.
• Work in receiving area is required.
• Provide clerical and ad hoc support to the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality discipline
• At least 1 year experience in F&B industry
• Strong communication and negotiation
• Proficient in use of MS Office
• Good command of Written and Spoken English
• Fresh graduate with strong interest in the field will also be considered
