Responsibilities:

• Follow up the purchase orders
• Handle enquiries from customers such as order status, delivery schedule, product information, payment issue, etc.
• Work with different internal departments and outsource suppliers to arrange production and ensure on-time goods delivery
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• Degree Holder
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or sales field with solid experience in printing & labeling, or garment/apparel industry is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in Shipping Operation is highly preferred
• Mature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Manage multiple priorities with attention to details in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
• Good PC skills, familiar with MS Office and ERP is an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
