工作範圍

• 監察日常質量審查工作
• 負責進行原材料,半成品及成品的化學,物理化驗及目測等工作
• 負責撰寫驗測報告
• 協助助理經理(質量審查)改善現行檢驗方法
• 負責化驗室儀器校正及保養工作
• 負責撰寫質量審查文件(工作指示,物料規格,糾正及預防行動報告等)
• 負責處理由助理經理(質量審查)委派的其它工作

職位要求

• 化學科技文憑/應用科學文憑等或以上相關學歷
• 須具最少三年相關工作經驗
• 熟悉ISO管理系統
• 能書寫中英文及操良好廣東話、英語及普通話
• 懂得運用電腦軟件(文書處理(包括中文輸入法), 試算表, 簡報及投影片等)
• 細心,有責任心,主動及具備良好溝通技巧
• 具備邏輯思維及分析能力
• 須輪班工作

Supervisor (Quality Assurance)

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA staff on daily operation, perform chemical and physical testing as well as visual inspection on incoming materials, work-in-progress materials and finished goods in accordance with the specifications.
• Prepare testing reports.
• Assist Assistant Manager(QA) to improve the existing testing methodologies.
• Perform calibration and maintenance for laboratory equipment and advanced instruments.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation system including work instructions, specifications, corrective and preventive action reports, etc.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by Assistant Manager(QA).

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Chemical Technology / Applied Science or equivalent.
• With at least 3 years relevant working experience.
• Familiar with ISO Management System.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) and English.
• Good PC knowledge (MS Words including Chinese Input, Excel, and Power Point).
• Attention to details, hardworking, self-motivated, and good communication skills.
• Possess analytical skill with logical thinking.
• Shift duty is required.
