Job Responsibilities:

• Handling all factories communication and reports with respect to factory production, compliance and quality related issues
• Assist to develop systems and communication flow guidelines between factories and company head office / departments
• Monitoring production status of all orders across China, Southeast Asia and Offshore factories
• Assist Director to resolve all urgent issues from time to time; and
• Handle any ad-hoc project

Job requirements :

• Degree holder/ higher diploma in industrial engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in related position or Garment Industry
• Solid managerial level experience in sizeable garment companies with focus in knit and woven
• Extensive knowledge and experience in apparel industry especially in production planning
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese ( Mandarin)
• Frequent travel in required
