Job Responsibilities:

• Seek and establish new business development opportunities
• Prepare sales proposal and marketing plan
• Create market awareness and conduct products promotion
• Work with overseas and local customers in project and program management
• Monitor on a profit and loss organization or department in costing structure and pricing strategy
• Manage sales representatives, agents, distributors and corporate account business
• Take up ad-hoc assignments and duties given by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Agricultural Science and / or LED lighting technology or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales and marketing and 2 years’ experience in retail and consumer market
• Experienced in agriculture products and LED lighting technology is an advantage
• Self-motivated, aggressive and a good team player
• Excellent communication and effective presentation skill
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Occasional travel to PRC and overseas is required
