Responsibilities:

• To carry out all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way;
• To provide quality service and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints;
• To achieve the high level of guests satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner;
• To ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively;
• Overnight shift duty is required.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is most preferred;
• With relevant experience in hotel industry in a similar capacity;
• Pleasant, detail-minded, customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skill;
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Candidates with no relevant experience will be considered for the role of Guest Services Officer.
