• Supervise, monitor and ensure category operation efficiency
• Ensure operational purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) are follow through promptly by respective officers, on a weekly basis
• Review/verify BAW and ensure compliance with procurement P&P
• Support & implement cost savings initiatives & improvement projects
• Participate supplier performance review
• Lead in supplier/vendors negotiations for the assigned category
• Build & maintain basic case analysis / summary verification
• Verify and maintain product specification and pricing catalogue
• Maintain and update vendor database analysis & summary
• Excel in business tool enabler, application and system, support managers during training session and participate in future system enhancement with the aim on improving operational efficiency
• Manage and motive officers, support managers on performance evaluation

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Purchasing/ Supply Chain or Garment/ Fashion designs
• 6-8 years’ experience in the related area, 1-2 years in managerial position
• Strong business communication and presentation skills
• Ability to learn and adapt fast into a energetic working environment
• Good personality with strong emphasis on team work
• Understand of garment/ uniforms business in the market
• Knowledge of garment production procedure, different materials category, cut & sew processing Microsoft Office
• SAP preferred, other globally recognized ERP is considered
• E-Procurement tool or enabler, example: Ariba, Free Markets
• Procurement background, Hotel, hospitability, food service or retail procurement exposure will be advantage
• Basic business sense and mathematical logic
• The position is required to station in Macau
