Job Descriptions: 

• Report to the Head, Marketing & Promotions and lead the Marketing & Promotions as well as Customer Services teams
• Responsible for the development and implementation of PR, marketing and promotions activities of Festival Walk, including: 

• Overall project management (budgeting, decorations, PR & Event promotions, media placement etc,)
• Liaising and maintain good relationships with tenants, vendors, sponsors, joint promotion partners and media
• Production of marketing materials and digital marketing channels
• Provide strategic input, explore new initiatives in marketing and promotion events for shopping mall
• Complaint handling in both verbal and written
• Press releases write-up in both English and Chinese

 Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in marketing, public relations or communications discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in PR and marketing related field, ideally in retail / shopping mall or PR industry
• Strong leadership, superior communication skills, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent language skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua will be an advantage
• Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging, dynamic and fast-paced environment
