Job Scope:

• Drive sales revenue, develop new business and engage local and regional customers
• Act as Account Manager for VIP corporate customers to manage customer needs, project planning & implementation, day-to-day operational matters and any emergency service requests
• Develop marketing strategies by formulating & implementing business plans
• Analyze market trends, determine current needs and recommend value-added solutions & services for clients
• Analyze and compile statistical reports to corporate customers
• Plan and coordinate training programs, promotion and communication activities in accordance with both regional and local needs
• Participates in ad hoc local or global projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 7 years sales experience preferably in business sector or HR consulting field.
• Knowledgeable in Employee Assistance Program and Learning & Development is preferred but not a must
• Possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking and professional integrity
• Organized, multi-tasking, detail-minded and self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Sound proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
