Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full spectrum of marketing and sales plans and strategies including budget, brand management, product costing and pricing, sourcing, advertising etc.
- Responsible for brand building and structure best product portfolio, pricing and profit margin to ensure competitive position.
- Generate market and consumer insights to define product positioning, to work with various teams in product development and driving for product innovation.
- Continually review and refine the on-line platform, to maintain and update web channels and to work with IT team to ensure the quality of on-line services.
- Develop and implement off-line marketing campaign to promote our products to target customers, increasing traffic and brand visibility.
- Liaise closely with customers, suppliers as well as internal departments.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ solid sales and marketing working experience, preferably in manufacturing or printing industry.
- Strong experience in Gifts & Premium would be a definite advantage.
- Knowledge and experienced in E-commerce and online marketing
- Proficient in English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferable
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Traveling will be required
- Pro-active, result-driven, independent, proven team leading, with strong business sense
- Excellent planning, project management as well as execution skills
- Immediate or short notice would be an advantage.
