Job Description

To assist his / her supervisors in planning and coordinating communication activities including:

• advocating the Centre’s policy recommendations to relevant stakeholders through regular visits, meetings and correspondence;
• drafting correspondence and news summaries;
• providing support to events and programmes of different scales; and
• providing general administrative support to the office, keeping relevant statistics / databases and handling general enquires;

Job Requirements

• A recognised degree or equivalent;
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently and handle multi-tasks; and
• Good verbal and written Chinese and English, high proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage.
