Sales Assistant

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

-       Provide administration support to sales manager and sales director

-       Data entries for sales and purchases systems

-       Updating and maintaining trading systems

-       Maintain good relationship with exit customers through frequent phone calls, emails and on site customer visit

-       Update customer contact list

-       Any ad hoc projects

Requirements:

-       College degree recommended

-       Fresh graduates or 1 year relative working experience

-       Good PC skills, including Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-       Detail oriented with good interpersonal skills

-       Ability to handle work independently, structurally, systematically in a fast pace environment

-       Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
