Responsibility:

• Assist Business Development team on sales administration (reports, pipeline and CRM management…)
• Support Business Development team to quote and close some repeated business
• Assist Business Development team on marketing activities (event support, leads generation via cold calls and eDM…)
• Coordinate/manage suppliers to follow up on customers’ procurement and delivery on hardware and software orders.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or related discipline with 1-2 years of working experience
• Basic knowledge in Supply Chain Management and EDI
• Working experience in software houses or IT companies most welcomed
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership
