Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the execution of all advertisement campaigns;
• Work with sales on:
• - defining and developing client strategy;
• - creating proposals;
• - managing clients' expectations;
• - verifying the accuracy of IOs before submitting to client for approval;
• Communicate with rich media vendors/ad tech regarding upcoming campaigns;
• Monitor campaign delivery to ensure conformance with contract;
• Reallocate inventory as necessary to ensure appropriate delivery and revenue recognition.

Competencies

• University degree holder with 1-2 years experience in client servicing, preferably with exposure in digital media industry and project management experience;
• Able to prioritize as well as multi-task under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese;
• Internet & System Savvy;
• A team player and impose excellent written and verbal communication skills.
