Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for promoting quality ownership and performance improvement throughout the quality team and supplier base.
• Join strength and knowledge with company partners and resources to constantly improve and update current company quality assurance system
• Set up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures in driving quality ownership
• Fully responsible for the implementation and maintaining of quality control system in the company
• Ensure all products produced should meet or better customer’s requirement
• Establish and add to existing supplier data base, ( sourcing experience is necessary ) of all Brixon suppliers highlighting quality performance , product capabilities and customers serviced.
• Identify relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training to the team
• Manage, control and keep within budget, monthly QC operation expenses
• Liaise with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications
• Coordinate QC schedules for each team member

 Requirement

• Degree / Tertiary education / Higher Diploma in Clothing/Textiles/Quality Management or related disciplines
• 8 years solid quality experience in garment environment with focus in woven/knit/sweater, of which at least 3 years at managerial level
• Controlling off shore factories experience is preferable, but should be able to present and showcase your recent abilities on how you have successfully controlled a dedicated qc team covering multi manufacturing sites,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Sound commercial knowledge and understanding of critical path procedures and goals
• Good organizational skills and analytical ability
• Proficient spoken & written English & Mandarin is a MUST
