Job Duties :

- Responsible for leading the operation of the Knit & Sweater Department including : strategic sourcing for knit & sweater products & cost negotiation per corporate office’s requirements ; resolving production problem with vendors ; monitoring product quality adherence to corporate office’s requirements ; and providing guidance & training to its subordinates

Job Requirements :

- The job holder reports to General Merchandising Manager

- 15+ years sourcing experience in knit & sweater, with solid leadership skills

- Work experience in Knit & Sweater manufacturer is an advantage

- High Diploma/Bachelor Degree holder, preferred in Textile/Clothing studies

- High initiative, strong team spirit with good interpersonal skills

- Detail oriented, flexible minded with self confidence

- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus

- PC knowledge is required (MS-Word, Excel and Outlook e-mail)

- Occasional travelling is required

- Immediate available is preferred
