Responsibilities

You will work in the Hardgoods team and you will take care of order follow up with European customers and suppliers in the region.

• Sourcing the right suppliers/factories in Asia Pacific market
• Process product inquiries, price quotation, bench-marking and negotiation
• Product Development, Sample ordering and evaluation in a timely manner
• Samples logging, packing and delivery arrangement
• Liaise with European buyers and lead the buying trips
• Communicate with suppliers in ensuring their understanding of our requirements
• Comply work according to social compliance and quality assurance policies
• Secure and efficient order follow up process
• Take care of contracts that are relevant to the orders

To qualify:

• 3-5+ years solid experience in related categories in sourcing and buying environment
• Sound product knowledge and familiar with European market and testing standards
• Willing to travel to China and Asia
• Team Player and able to work independently
• Hands on mentality
• Structured and analytical with good problem-solving skills
• Accurate and attention to details
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Office, experience in CBX System would be a plus
• Diploma or above graduate (graduated in Sourcing/ Procurement will be an advantage)
