Job Description

A JAPANESE LARGE FIRM is now looking for a high caliber for the subject position :-

 

Post      :       SALES COORDINATOR  

Responsibilities : 

  • Communicate with existing clients and handle clients PO
  • Stock control and communicate with factory for order status
  • Arrange shipments
  • Prepare various report and analysis
  • Follow up clients' enquries
  • Coordinate with different internal departments on project development and program implementation
  • Order follow up

  

Job Requirements :  

  • F.5 or above / Cert / Dip in Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years sales & marketing experiences
  • Solid experience in sales coordination, and/or account serving & order follow up
  • Quotation prepare
  • Coordination with clients
  • Independent, mature and responsible
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese, English & Putonghua
