Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Regional Senior Legal Counsel for all legal matters in Asia Pacific region (such as Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand) excluding IP issues
• Review and process commercial lease agreements
• Draft, review and process other commercial agreements, such as confidentiality agreement, sales & purchases agreement, shareholders’ agreement, distribution agreement, warehouse agreements etc.
• Coordinate and manage corporate secretarial matters
• Provide legal advice on the overall business and operation matters

Key Requirements and Competencies:

• Hong Kong or Singapore qualified lawyer (Singapore lawyer preferred)
• Must be fluent both in English and Chinese
• 7 to 10 years experience working in the reputable law firms or international companies
• Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel 
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated, responsible and committed
• Able to work independently
