Act as a active team player, directly report to the Head of Corporate Services in Corporate Services team, assist in project management such as progress monitoring of Advertising projects, vendor management and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth completion of projects. Besides, you have to handle project documentations and system administrative support ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirement for Finance Assistant;

• ŸHigh Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration or related discipline
• ŸAt least 3 years of working in Administrative or Accounting field.
• ŸExperience in handling project management system is preferable
• ŸPassionate and cheerful characters and pleasant personality to work with the team
• ŸHard working, able to work under pressure
• ŸAssist the team to manage ERP system
• ŸGood communication skills
• ŸFluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
