Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Support Sales and Service Team to handle incoming enquiries, communicate and coordinate operation-related issues with customers
• Help to prepare quotations, reports and other operation-related document
• Follow up orders and ensure on-time delivery
• Other ad hoc projects if required

Requirements:

• F7 or above
• Minimum 2 years related working experience
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and able to work independently
• Strong multi-tasking ability and a good team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in PC operations such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediately available is preferred
