Responsibilities:

• Execute daily treasury operations such as bank guarantees, deposit placement, foreign exchange management, settlement of inter-account transactions and both long-term and short-term funding.
• Assist to manage banking facility renewals for all Asian entities.
• Manage bank accounts opening and closing process for all Asian entities.
• Act as HSBCnet administrator for all Asian entities.
• Forecast and monitor cash flows for Hong Kong entities to ensure adequate liquidity at all times.
• Prepare Hong Kong treasury reports on regular basis
• Proactively drive for treasury cost efficiencies and support US corporate treasury analysis.
• Streamline workflow and daily procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline
2. Minimum 2 years of solid experience in corporate treasury functions
3. Strong analytical and coordination skills
4. Proactive, organized and ready to assume responsibilities
5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
