Job Duties

• Responsible for key accounts management
• Consolidate customer services related performance data

Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree of any subjects 
• Over 2 years relevant working experience in customer service or sales & marketing operations
• Strong in Excel and anaylsing skill and other MS office applications
• Customer oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Immediately available is highly preferered
