Job Description
A well-known Telecom company, now looking for an aggressive and energetic candidate to fill the following position:
Job scope
- Promote and sell the unique quadruple-play products and services (with professionalism and be able to achieve sales / service targets assigned in meeting with customer needs
- Handle customer enquiries / complaints and provide excellent customer service with patience and efficiency
Requirement
- Associate degree or above, or 2 years working experience in luxurious retail brand
- Multi-lingual with fluent spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Highly customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude in result-oriented service manner
- Strong interest in telecommunications products and services. Relevant experience in telecommunication field is an advantage, not must
- Work on weekend and public holiday required
