• To plan, organize and implement all housekeeping related programs and policies;
• To ensure the effectiveness of all housekeeping activities including but not limited to maintain the hotel property in a sanitary and hygienic condition;
• Able to supervise and lead a dynamic team to provide quality services to the guests;
• Independent and well organized with good efficiency;
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
