RESPONSIBILITES:

• To evaluate the manpower planning and allocation of shop operations.
• To provide excellent customer service to walk in / existing customers
• To follow up sales orders, increase sales and provide quality service to customer and build up strong customer relationship
• To manage the daily operations of the store
• To ensure the store image constantly compiles with company guidelines
• To coach new and existing staff on selling techniques and product knowledge
• To prepare roasters, sales and retail related reports
• To lead the team to achieve brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standards.

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 5-year solid experience at luxury retail, preferable in footwear retail management and at least 2 years in the same capacity
• Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target
• Able to lead and drive performance and customer service
• Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability
• Mature with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
