Responsibilities:

-       Responsible for the accounts payable, accounts receivable & preparing month end reports

-       Handle daily operation, data input and filing works

 Requirements:

-       Form 5 or above with LCCI Level II

-       At least 3 years relevant working experience

-       Preferred with experience in property management field

-       Proficiency in computers skills including MS Office

-       Familiar with Flex system/works order system or any other accounting system is an advantage

-       Good command in English, Chinese and Putonghua

-       Organized with high accuracy, able to work independently and under pressure

-       The job will be commenced on mid October in 2013
