Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day operations of assigned dept. store counters, provide resources and support to counters
• Compile reports on stores and product category performances, competitor analysis and market intelligence, retail pricing and discount/promotion policies
• Manage stock allocation within and between counters through stock replenishment and replacement
• Maintain the displays of the store presentation derived from visual merchandising team
• Motivate, drive and coordinate promoter teams to achieve optimum sales levels, monitor sales team performance through evaluation processes
• Provide coaching for new joiners including basic product knowledge

Requirements:

• School Certificate or above with retail store management experience
• Ability to challenge and influence operational process
• Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all shop levels of leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well personnel at various levels
• Sensitive to number and sales figures
• Pragmatic, analytical thinking, supportive and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• On-site working at different stores to observe the sales performance
