Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Handling customers' telephone and billing queries
• Cross-selling company products / services
• No cold call required
Requirements:
• Associate degree or above
• Good command in both English and Cantonese
• Strong communication skill
• Good telephone manner and customer-oriented mindset
• Have a passion on work and responsibility
• Experience in Telecom industry is highly preferred, not must
• Monthly WELCOME BONUS will be rewarded to the new joining staff in the first six months
• Shift duties including Sat, Sun & Public Holiday
• Day shift between 08:00-22:00 or Night shift between 15:00–03:00 (optional)
