Job Responsibilities:

• Assist General Manager to monitor and ensure the daily operations is properly managed.
• Oversees the operations of flow of goods, including management of shipping, warehouse, inventory, transportation, and custom declaration administration.
• Monitor the warehouse inventory level to achieve business performance targets and standards.
• Direct and Supervise the operation team for continual improvement and optimized performance.
• General regular reports for management review and provide possible solutions for identified issues.
• Handle ad hoc projects.
• Dutiable goods management will be an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience will considered as Assistant Operation Manager / Senior Supervisor.

Requirements:

• HD / Professional / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain qualifications will be an advantage.
• 5 years of logistics management experience preferably in retail industry.
• Min. 3 years relevant experience of HK and PRC logistics environoment.
• Analytical, energetic and resourceful with excellent process review, implementation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills and a good team player.
• Good at Microsoft Office application and Excel.
• High quality and accuracy of work with strong numeric sense and reporting.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Immediate available is highly preferable.
