Tasks

• To attend incoming vessel calls / messages / enquires.
• To furnish special cargo application to Asia CPU and ensure approval is granted before acceptance/loading of special cargo onboard.
• To attend cargo closing and co-ordinate with Sales Department to finalize the space utilization. Prepare export loading summary and CY List.
• To create work-orders.
• To ensure all special (DG, Reefer, U/C ) cargo are supported by special cargo list to master.
• To liaise with Sales/Marketing for cargo prospect & submit TBU to SOA/CPU.
• To obtain import container discharge list and terminal departure report and on pass to parties concerned.
• To arrange and create invoices export withdrawal and re-handling.
• To create C/O WO in FIS for LCL shipment.
• To cross check ENS for EU cargo.
• To check work-order statement with vendors.
• To arrange inspection of laden container, e.g. Import - damage & seal discrepancy and cargo trans-loading for damaged container; Export – DG,OT, human smuggling etc.
• To apply COD upon request and inform concerned parties upon approval.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder preferred.
• 5 years solid experience in managing daily Port Operations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, result-oriented and good time management.
• Work under pressure and over time will be required as per job nature.
• Good command of spoken Mandarin and English.

12 months contract will be offered and subject to approval for contract renewal.
