Major Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with our customer and internal operation department to ensure smooth operation.
• Prepare documentation for operational staff to execute deliveries.
• Monitor and prepare weekly or month operation reports for management review and invoice purposes.

 Basic Requirements:

• At least 3 years work experience in related field.
• A Diploma holder or above in Logistics/Operations Management would be preferred.
• Familiar with MS Office Applications with emphasis on Excel. Strong Excel experience is preferred. (ie. pivot table & vlookup) 
• Able to work under pressure and have good sense of efficient work ethics.
• Have teamwork spirit and responsible.
