Responsibilities:

• Major duty in end to end Cargo import and export process handling (ranging from cargo pick up, tracing and shipment status confirmation and final shipping documentation)
• Contact with primary customers and monitor shipping schedule
• Keep checking and informing relevant department for any changes in advances
• Support or backup other team members

Requirements:

• Post secondary or above
• 2-3 years of related experience in import and export practice
• Details and customer service orientated is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in using MS Office application, especially for Excel
• Hands on experience in ERP “JDE’’ or Oracle system is an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
