Responsibilities

• Direct report to Operations Manager / Consultant

• Manage the day-to-day operations for the marine team of logistics division under full compliance of company policies

• Supervise / assisting all relevant requests and orders for key accounts

• Motivate and manage the whole marine team, including provision of regular staff training, and proper appraisal system and execute effective staff development scheme

• Coordinate with various internal departments to achieve operational efficiency

• Review, modify and implement logistics procedures or process improvement to ensure a smooth workflow

• Analyze and evaluate existing logistics processes and provide solution for continuous improvement of the operational performance in terms of services, efficiency, quality, safety and competitive value added services to our clients

• Maintain good relationship with clients and participate in regular operations review meeting

• Handle full set of I/E

• Assist Account Executive to prepare quotation and tender documents (this will be report to Account Executive)

• Liaise with other departments to obtain information regarding technical capability, ability to comply customer demands, costing, availability of resources for the compiling of quotation/tender document

• Liaise with customers and 3^rd party service providers for negotiation

• Liaising with customers for arranging, attending and participating business meeting and dining arrangement

• May need to travel out of office from time to time for familiarization of work process

• Ad hoc tasks to be assigned by Operations Manager / Consultant

Requirements

• Degree holder

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in leading role of logistics operations

• Knowledge of Petroleum / Liquid bulk cargo industry and vessel fleet management will be an advantage

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications

• Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and organization skills

• Good analytical, organizing, strategic, planning and problem solving skills

• Strong in people management

• Mature, independent, self-motivated, proactive, detail-minded, willing to take challenges and able to work under pressure

• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Working location at Yuen Long
