Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To perform general receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, greeting visitors and mailing arrangements, etc.
- To provide office administration duties and clerical support
- To assist in company’s activities and other ad-hoc assignments
- To carry out any other duties including outdoor work as requested by your supervisor
Requirements:
- F5 or above with 2 years of related experience in insurance field is preferrable
- Good telephone manner, pleasant personality, polite and punctual
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Familiar with PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is preferred
