Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To perform general receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, greeting visitors and mailing arrangements, etc.
  • To provide office administration duties and clerical support
  • To assist in company’s activities and other ad-hoc assignments
  • To carry out any other duties including outdoor work as requested by your supervisor


Requirements

  • F5 or above with 2 years of related experience in insurance field is preferrable
  • Good telephone manner, pleasant personality, polite and punctual
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Familiar with PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
