Job Responsibilities: -

You will manage and oversee the Human Resource and Administration function for the Asia Pacific region. You will lead and coach the HR team in delivering and administering HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, coaching and mentoring, employee relations, staff development as well as policies and program development.

Job Requirements: -

• Degree in Business Administration, HRM or its equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR management and development with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Knowledge of HR practices, systems and procedures, labour practices within the Asia Pacific region
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and is self-motivated
