Job Description
- Higher Certificate or Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Grade E or above in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience including 4 years working experience in the capacity of Assistant Building Services Inspector or equivalent
- Good initiative and leadership skill
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Responsible for all site matters related to building services installations at site
- Supervise and inspect contractor's works to ensure compliance with contract
- Responsible for testing and commissioning of building services systems installations
- Verify contractor's works done for payment application
- Review contractor's submittals
