Responsibilities:

• ŸIdentify project milestones and to prepare workable project program
• ŸWork with the Cost & Contract / Finance Teams to prepare the project budget and cost plans
• ŸTimely advise on possible need for change of approved design and direct consultants to issue variation   instructions according to agreed design solutions
• ŸClosely monitor and control the costs to ensure the project is executed within budget and make justifiable recommendations for over-budget spending
• ŸDrive for effective teamwork amongst the project consultants and contractors particularly in resolving problems  and conflicts to ensure timely and orderly completion of project works
• ŸManage project execution and to ensure the project achieves the design and quality standard as planned
• ŸSupervise performance of site team through regular meetings, on–site inspections etc. to review progress  andstandard of workmanship

Requirements:

• Ÿ   Recognized university degree in architecture
• Ÿ   8 years of project experience in property development / architectural Firm
• Ÿ   Good communication, negotiation and project management skills
• Ÿ   Initiative and able to work under pressure
• Ÿ   Good Skill in PC (Autocad, Photoshop) & General Knowledge in building construction
•    Safety Card Holder

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Manager
