Job Description
Responsibilities:

To assist develop concept and design for development projects, in particular at Interior. Coordination and intergrate input with various consultant and in house department.

To assist develop concept and design for showcase, showflat. Execuation and deliver completion with external consultant.

Manage consultant design input, monitor progress on both consultant and contractor according to the project timeline. Report timely on protential delay issue and outstanding matters.

Carry out periodic site inspections to ensure compliance of executed works with design intent and quality standard. as planned.

Assist Projects research of latest design trends and new products in market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (Architecture / Interior Design)
- 5-7 years preferably working at Architectural / Interior design
- Strong Design and Arts flair, Attention to details, Fluent speaking and written Chinese and English,
- Able to sketch / draw for communication with consultants, Knowledge of Photoshop, Power points, AutoCad, Excel and Words.
- Clear mindset, Look for excellence, High standard of intergrity, Willing to solve problem, Effective person.
