Job Description
- Responsible for the management and operation of all front of house duties: scheduling, hiring, training, performance reviews, motivating and leading in accordance to GP standards and regulations.
- Ensuring quality standards are met with all areas of operations, off-site operations, cashier opening and closing.
- Coordinating with upper management and implementing management systems and strategies.
- Responsible for up-sell training, promoting of brand in-house and meeting monthly targets for restaurant, private dinners, events and catering.
- Cultivate and maintain guest loyalty, managing business development through guest relations.
- Keeping Grassroots Pantry’s quality standards and hygiene in all food and beverage aspects.
- Managing and coordinating both on-site and off-site activities such as private dinners, private events, catering, markets, workshops, etc.
- Reports directly to Grassroots Pantry Ltd. Upper Management Team
