Responsible for the management and operation of all front of house duties: scheduling, hiring, training, performance reviews, motivating and leading in accordance to GP standards and regulations.
Ensuring quality standards are met with all areas of operations, off-site operations, cashier opening and closing.
Coordinating with upper management and implementing management systems and strategies.
Responsible for up-sell training, promoting of brand in-house and meeting monthly targets for restaurant, private dinners, events and catering.
Cultivate and maintain guest loyalty, managing business development through guest relations.
Keeping Grassroots Pantry’s quality standards and hygiene in all food and beverage aspects.
Managing and coordinating both on-site and off-site activities such as private dinners, private events, catering, markets, workshops, etc.
Reports directly to Grassroots Pantry Ltd. Upper Management Team
