Duties:

• Independently handle procurement and subcontracting requirements in accordance with the company’s policies
• Prepare invitation for tender document, including the draft of specifications and bills of quantities and analyze document
• Assist in managing contracts of major projects, including interim payments, variation orders, final account, monthly economic reports
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Holder of degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies
• 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying and contract management
• Good communication in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Able to work in small team under pressure
