Job requirements 

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP (former Great Plains), or similar accounting software
• Proficient in verbal and written communications skills (In English and Mandarin)
• Good computer skills in Microsoft office and Chinese word processing.
• Organized, accurate, self-initiative and the ability to work independently
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy
• Exposure to PRC in tax and accounting is an advantage (esp. in WOFE)
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadline
• Travel to PRC when necessary;
• Contract Period : August 1 to Early December, 2014
  
  
  

  Job description

• Prepare full set accounting & perform daily routine accounting functions and monthly financial accounts closings on timely basis
• Prepare accounting schedule, reconciliations, cashflow, monthly analysis of Hong Kong and India office for management reviews
• Oversee the accounting of a subsidy company in Panyu, PRC
• Work closely with the US Accounts Department on accounting issues
• Assist the HR Manager to handle daily operations of the office
• Handle other ad hoc duties whenever the team needed
