Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly expense reports including analysis of actual expenses against budget or Forecast for Regional Office
• Participate in the coordination of annual budget and quarterly forecast for Regional Office
• Manage the accounting and reporting work for inter-company, interdivisional and overhead expense allocation accounts
• Review and monitor suspense accounts on a quarterly basis
• Take part in accounting for capital transactions and quarterly consolidation and elimination process for Asia Division
• Assist in improving the operational procedures for the expenses team
• Assist, as required, in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting/Finance and a qualified member of a professional body is preferred
• 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Hyperion-Essbase
• Proactive and able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines
• Comprehensive knowledge in expenses management, payment systems and operations
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal, supervisory and leadership skills
