Responsibilities:

• Involved in accounting duties including (a) Handle full set accounts for designated companies and (b) A/R control for group companies;
• Prepare monthly management accounts and related reports;
• Monitor group Accounts Receivable by preparing AR aging reports, send monthly statements and reminders to customers and liaise with internal departments in collection of outstanding debts;
• Various reports preparation;
• Ad-hoc projects and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline;
• At least 5 years solid experience with 2 years in Supervisor grade or above or AR control function with exposure in distribution business preferable;
• Experience on managing high volume of active accounts;
• Well-organized with good time management;
• Strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivation, hard-working, attentiveness to details and ability to work under pressure;
• Good communication with internal or external parties;
• Immediate availability is preferred;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounts Supervisor.
