Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Dept. Head to formulate and execute strategies on People and Capability Development aligning with business needs
- Design and deliver training course and learning solutions
- Formulate the learning plan with needs analysis and evaluation
- Liaise and communicate with internal function heads to identify training needs and to determine solutions
- Source and evaluate external resources for learning & development solutions
- Lead and coach teammates on course design and delivery
- Assist to design and implement organizational development initiatives and projects
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources/Learning & Development/ Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant training experience with 2-3 years at supervisory level
- Good at time management and multi-tasks skills
- Mature and experienced to drive teamwork and coaching within the team
- Self-motivated, resourceful with good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
